My name is Anna Knight and I am born and raised in LaGrange, Georgia. Ever since I was a child, I have loved color and being creative with anything I can put my hands on. I went to college wanting to major in Art Education to teach to elementary children. I attended Presbyterian College with that degree in mind but half way through, changed my major to fine arts realizing that it was the closest degree offered at Presbyterian to Interior Design.

After college I moved back to my hometown, got married, and began working at Milliken & Company. In my spare time, I was asked to paint a mural in a nursery. At first I was hesitant because I had only had one painting class in college. For my first job, I started experimenting with lots of color and oversized designs. Within weeks, I was booked painting murals on children’s walls around LaGrange.

Once I had my 2 children, I found it difficult to spend all day at other people’s houses and began painting canvases. I decided to create a website and launched it in December 2006. At first I only sold canvases, picture frames, placemats, and step stools. Since all of my products are custom made for each person, I continued to get new ideas from my customers and it has grown my website to have over 200 products for sale - ranging from infant and children's gifts to house warming and wedding gifts. I always find a way to personalize the piece and every item that I paint is different in it's own way. I use bright, rich colors and use the best materials with gallery wrapped canvases and top of the line paints. I also turn around the items within 2-4 weeks. When I am not painting, I love spending time with my 2 boys - now 5 and 3! I am also renovating a home built in the 1940's and hope to have it back on the market soon! I quit my part time job as a lighting designer in December 2007 to focus on my painting full time and I have been so fortunate to be more swamped with painting jobs than ever. I wouldn't be able to do what I love without the support of my family, friends, and great customer base that think of me for their gift needs!
